Founded in 1884, Breitling began by making chronographs and precision instruments for scientific and industrial purposes and following the company's significant growth, Breitling relocated to La Chaux-de-Fonds, the centre of Swiss watchmaking. In 1915, the world was intoduced to the first wristwatch chronograph and since then Breitling has been at the forefront of technical advancement and achievement within the watch industry to truly become an Instrument For Professionals with numerous air forces around the world, such as our own Red Arrows and Italy's elite Freece Tricolori flight team.

In 2000, Breitling opened it's new headquarters in Grenchen, Switzerland, made up of an ultra-modern building with state-of-the-art production unit where Breitling chronometers are assembled in optimum conditions.
