BREITLING
Chrono-matic 24 hour Limited Edition
Limited
edition of 1,000 pieces worldwide
The re-edition of the 1969 Chrono-matic model, recognisable
by its left-placed crown, has also led to the development
of the Crono-matic 24H, a worldwide limited series of
1,000.
The
exclusive design of the polished satin-brushed case is
further enhanced by the originality of the 24-hour display,
a Breitling speciality stemming from its experience in
space exploration during the 1960s. In the display mode,
the hour hand sweeps around the dial in 24 hours, instead
of the usual 12 on a watch with a traditional display.
The
Chrono-Matic 24H also features a flyback mechanisim enabling
the user to initiate successive timing operations without
needing to stop, reset and restart the chronograph. The
dial configuration is faithful to the original, with small
seconds on the right, a 30-minute counter on the crown
side and the date. Not forgetting the Breitling signature
topped by the initial B – the brand symbol of that
era – and of course the indispensable slide-rule.
The
Chrono-Matic 24H is driven by Breitling Caliber 22LC,
standing for Left Crown. It is officially chronometer-certificated
by the COSC.

OMEGA Seamaster
Planet Ocean "Casino Royale"
Limited edition of 5,007 pieces worldwide
The
James Bond film, Casino Royale, introduces James Bond before
he holds his license to kill. At this stage, agent Bond
wears a Planet Ocean watch. However, Bond is no less dangerous
and with two professional assassinations in quick succession,
he is elevated to "00" status. From then on, agent
007 is wearing the offical Bond watch.
Omega
have decided to broaden the appeal and availability of limited
Bond watches and we are pleased to offer a special limited
edition of the black Planet Ocean watch on a rubber strap.
The watch is limited to 5,007 pieces worldwide and is issued
in a special box. The price for this special piece is £1,975.
The
watch is distinguished from the standard black Planet Ocean
by its Casino Royale engraved caseback with limited series
number engraved on along with a distinctive 007 gun lettering
in red on the seconds hand.
