Fashion and "feel good" function have converged in Philip Stein Teslar watches. Each timepiece in the collection is equipped with small "Teslar chips" (visible from the caseback) that work together with the two quartz movements to emit an electromagnetic pulse.

The watch's battery generates an electric field and the quartz movement coil creates a magnetic field. The chip uses these two electromagnetic fields to create a unique third field that pulses at 7 to 9 times per second - the same range as the Earth's own natural energy state. This is also the same range as signals emitted by the brain when you are in a calm or meditative state or when athletes are in states of high performance.

Some wearers may immediately feel a subtle pulsing energy or tingle or a warming or calming sensation when wearing the watches, while other wearers may experience noticeable changes in their disposition.
