Produced as the first ever Bremont diving watch, the Supermarine had to built to be both robust and beautiful in design. Named after the Supermarine S6B Schneider Trophy Seaplane, one which is very much loved by the Bremont brothers Nick and Giles English; this model is designed with divers in mind however doesn’t stray too far from its aviation roots.
This diving watch has a generally bulkier feel than most other Bremont watches to allow for the intricate modified calibre 11 ½ BE-36AE movement to with stand 500 meters of water pressure nestled in the patented protective ant-shock movement mount.
Particularly important, the watch is waterproof to 500 metres and allows for deep see expeditions. To allow for this level of water pressure the case is a screw back to ensure added protection meaning the decorative case back may appear at different angles than pictured.
Using Trip-Tick technology, the case of the S500 is made from corrosion resistant 316L stainless steel; this ensures chemical resistancy and has been tested under environmentally strenuous facilities to ensure efficiency in all circumstances.
An integrated black rubber strap completes this model and a polished stainless-steel pin buckle clasp secures the watch; which is adjustable to all wrist sizes. Scratch resistant sapphire crystal covers the dial and ensures the beauty of your watch is timeless.
