Can You Adjust My Bracelet Watch?

We offer a free adjustment on all our bracelet watches. We expect that you will need to alter the size of the bracelet to fit your wrist, to do so simply visit one of our stores across the North West and a staff member will be happy to measure your wrist and adjust the watch while you wait.

What is white gold?

White gold has become a popular choice for many, to obtain white gold, the pure yellow gold is alloyed with white alloys such as silver, palladium and zinc to name a few. It is then coated with rhodium which is extremely hard and gives it that white and bright finish.

Do you engrave items?

Our stores work closely with a number of reputable engravers and we can send items that have been purchased from us to these quality engravers. Not everything we stock can be engraved on or wouldn’t be advised to be engraved on but we are happy to advise in this matter.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes you can, our team will be happy to take payment for you over the phone, simply call us during store opening times Monday – Friday on 01772 566380.

DELIVERY

Has my order been dispatched?

When you place an order with us we appreciate the importance of being kept informed.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email letting you know your order is en route. Your email will also include an estimated delivery date and a track and trace number letting you see the progress of your order.

Can you deliver to my work address?

We are happy to deliver to your home or work address, whatever is best for you.

RETURNS

How long will the returns process take?

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed, all refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment.

Can I exchange for a more expensive item?

Yes, just return the item and choose which item you would like to exchange it for. If the value of your replacement item differs fom the original, we will either refund the difference or request payment for the additional balance before we dispatch the replacement item.
