We offer a free adjustment on all our bracelet watches. We expect that you will need to alter the size of the bracelet to fit your wrist, to do so simply visit one of our stores across the North West and a staff member will be happy to measure your wrist and adjust the watch while you wait.
White gold has become a popular choice for many, to obtain white gold, the pure yellow gold is alloyed with white alloys such as silver, palladium and zinc to name a few. It is then coated with rhodium which is extremely hard and gives it that white and bright finish.
Our stores work closely with a number of reputable engravers and we can send items that have been purchased from us to these quality engravers. Not everything we stock can be engraved on or wouldn’t be advised to be engraved on but we are happy to advise in this matter.

Yes, just return the item and choose which item you would like to exchange it for. If the value of your replacement item differs from the original, we will either refund the difference or request payment for the additional balance before we dispatch the replacement item.
