Royal Mail Free Delivery: Tuesday 21st December 12pm.
Royal Mail International Delivery: Wednesday 1st December 12pm.
Any orders made between Christmas and New Year will not be shipped until Wednesday 29th December at the earliest and we cannot guarantee normal time scales for shipping and delivery of your orders until our normal service resumes Tuesday 4th January 2022. We thank you for your patience during this time.
During December our returns period will be extended to 30 days to take Christmas into account but if you would like a longer return period please get in touch. More info on our full returns policy can be found via the link below.
Until further notice – Royal Mail have suspended the 1pm guarantee for Special Delivery items. As a result of this suspension, we will not refund the Special Delivery fee if your item is delivered after 1pm.
Royal Mail will still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters and will aim to deliver by 1pm or before the end of the day.
Royal Mail have put in place a temporary procedure for services where they would normally capture a signature on delivery.
For items delivered on or after Saturday 14th March 2020, the postmen and women will not request a signature but will capture the recipient’s name and will ensure they take in the item.
You can still check if Royal Mail have obtained confirmation of delivery and who they delivered to by tracking your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item (where you may see a special code, ‘XP1’ instead of signature).
We will try to dispatch your order the same day, and an e-mail will be sent to confirm. We aim to have your order with you in no more than 3-5 working days.
In the event that the item ordered is out of stock, we will send you an e-mail with an expected delivery time at which point you have the option to cancel the order if you are not happy with this new date. Any out of stock items will give an estimate of delivery on the product listing.
All orders are sent out in discreet packaging with no mention of Peter Jackson the Jeweller on the outside. All items from our brands are packed in their own branded packaging.
We offer free postage on all UK orders. Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail standard second class delivery for items under £50.00 or Royal Mail second class recorded delivery for items between £50.00 and £200.00 with an expected delivery of 2-4 working days. If your order is priced over £200.00 then it will be dispatched using Royal Mail special delivery.
If an item is sent using recorded or special delivery it will require a signature to confirm receipt of the order.
Our express service is dispatched using Royal Mail special delivery that is guarenteed for delivery before 1pm the next working day. Our cut off time for processing orders to be guarenteed for the next working day is 2pm.
If you would prefer, you can choose to collect your order from one of our stores, located in Preston, Blackburn, Carlisle and Bury. You must bring photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with proof of address and provide your order number. We will let you know by e-mail when the order is ready to collect. Please allow between 1-3 working days for your order to arrive in your chosen store as stock may not always be located there at the point of order.
PLEASE NOTE: if you receive your dispatch confirmation e-mail on a Saturday or Sunday, please be aware that Royal Mail does not collect from us over the weekend so your item will be dispatched the next working day.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you where possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order or choose an alternative if you would rather not wait. Any out of stock items will give an estime of delivery on the product listing.
The prices quoted include UK V.A.T. at a current rate of 20%. If the item will be taken delivered outside the E.U. please call us to discuss a VAT refund.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.
All our orders are handled via Sagepay using 128bit Encryption, which is 100% secure. The payment is taken at the point of ordering not the point of delivery, if we are unable to supply an item we will contact you with an option to refund the money or supply an alternative item.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
