We offer free postage returns on all UK online orders with a basket total of £500, with the options of dropping off your return at your nearest drop-off point or doorstep collection. 

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you need to return your item, our refund and exchange policy is below. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods.

During December our returns period will be extended to 30 days to take Christmas into account but if you would like a longer return period including orders made in November please get in touch.

Please allow a few days for your return to be processed, all refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment.

All items for return or exchange must have been authorised by Peter Jackson the Jeweller prior to sending. In order to obtain an authorisation and returns label, please email us at Once you have received your authorisation, please follow the instructions issued to you. Items without an authorisation will be returned to the sender.

The purchaser will be responsible for the return of any order with a basket total under £500. We recommend using Royal Mail Special delivery to cover you against any lost parcels.

You can also return your online purchase to any of our stores for a refund, exchange or credit note.

Peter Jackson the Jeweller will exchange or refund items purchased online provided they are unworn and in saleable condition. All returned goods must arrive with their original packaging and labels attached. Any items returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Any damage caused to the product or box may result in a rejected return.


In the case of an exchange of size we will send your replacement to you at no additional cost. If the value of your replacement item differs from the original, we will either refund the difference or request payment for the additional balance before the replacement item is sent.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings or body jewellery unless faulty. We advise all customers to check items received carefully before removing any labels and before disposing of any packaging.
