2007 was a landmark year for the Bremont brothers; Nick and Giles English, as their first collection of watches were released. In this collection was the ALT1-P watch. The ALT1-P was designed with aviation professionals in mind which made it a particularly brilliant watch of its time, boasting accuracy and clarity. Passionate about celebrating British engineering and innovation as part of the testing cycle, Bremont have teamed up with veritable aviation pioneers Gravity Industries to test the ALT1-P2 JET.
Based on the original ALT1P pilot’s watch, the definitive aviation chronograph, the hardened DLC case and black dial of the ALT1-P2 JET offers a bold look. This is the first DLC coated case in this line and turning the watch over reveals a crystal exhibition case back with a black rotor continuing the stunning aesthetic.
The engaging face holds a 3 sub-dial chronograph including an hour, minute and second dial which boast high accuracy and an automatic 13 ¼"' BE-53AE British modified movement which is pivotal for any aviation fanatic. This timepiece also offers a 42-hour power reserve.
For easy viewing, Super-Luminova coating is applied to the hands and hour markers which become vivid under dark lights. The 43mm case is a substantial size to cater to the needs of those who are constantly on the go, with scratch resistant DLC treated case and sapphire crystal glass being the perfect addition for any military personnel.
The sleek model is finished with a black leather strap and secure pin buckle strap adjustable to any wrist size. Waterproof to 100 metres the watch comes with a three-year international warranty and official Bremont watch packaging.
