In 2025, Bremont proudly builds on this legacy by introducing new models into the Altitude Collection, comprised of high-performance pilot’s watches that extend the redoubtable qualities and style of the MB.
The ’EVOLVING ICON’ of the collection, The Bremont x Martin Baker takes on its biggest re-design since its launch in 2009 with the ‘ALTITUDE MB METEOR’. Featuring a slimmer profile design, more lightweight, re-worked dual-crown system for improved ergonomics, Bremont are pushing the boundaries of their famed watch to new levels.
It is only fitting that the name from the ‘Gloster Meteor’, Britain’s very first jet fighter, and the aircraft used for Martin-Baker’s original live ejection test in 1946 the name’s sake of the new launch. Remarkably, two Gloster Meteors are kept by the Martin Baker company today and are still used for live ejection testing.
Produced in Grade 2 titanium, dramatically reducing weight while increasing durability, the 42mm case still incorporate the aluminium ‘Trip-Tick’ central barrel of the case that Bremont fans will love to see. An anodized black colour is applied to this model with Bremont expressing their plan is to add more colours into the collection’s future.
A new, concave, angled bezel profile is now paired with a ‘glassbox’ sapphire crystal, striking a vintage-inspired elegance; very on-trend in the watch industry. The upgraded Roto-Click bi-directional inner bezel is operated by the secondary crown, a distinctive feature with Bremont’s MB watches.
The MB line features core endurance elements for exceptional toughness. Its movement is mounted on flexible rubber to absorb shocks, while soft-iron shielding protects against magnetic fields. The MB Meteor is powered by the BB14 movement, offering a 68-hour power reserve, and showcases an open case-back with fine gunmetal grey finishing. Anti-magnetic protection is achieved through a soft iron ring based on the Faraday Cage principle.
With the new Altitude collection, the timepieces are available on the quick-release Altitude bracelet, on a nubuck leather strap or on a NATO strap. Bremont will be extending its 3-year warranty on Wayfinder product to 5 years from 1st April 2025 as a demonstration of its commitment to continuously elevate customer experience.
