The Bremont Williams Chrono, designed in partnership with Williams Racing is British design at its finest, two of the UK’s favourite brands coming together to create a stunning product for motor sports and watch fans alike. The 2 models of watches include the new WR-22 but in an exclusive colour known as the ‘FW-44 Chrono’ and a heritage analogue piece known as the ‘FW-44 Classic’.
A colour palette of oxford blue, electric blue, red and white helps to bring the Williams theme to life. Their iconic colours are used throughout these watches but not too much, so the watches have an understated elegance. The very wearable 43mm case contains the white chronograph dial that utilises the other colours in an accent format as does the 40mm case of the classic.
With Williams Racing’s history dating back 1977, Bremont have incorporated little 70’s design features, such as the chronograph hands, larger push-buttons and even the font on the fonts have a touch of the old-school about them! Turning the watch over reveals its custom decorated tungsten rotor inspired by the Williams Racing car wheel rim and featuring the Williams Racing logo.
Modified Calibre 13 ¼’’’ BE-53AE Chronometer rated 27 jewels, Nivaflex mainspring 28,800bph (4Hz) with a 42-hour power reserve, is housed inside the chrono with the famous trip-tick that is tested ‘Beyond Endurance’. Whilst the classic houses the Modified Calibre 11 1/2’’’ BE-92AV Chronometer rated 25 Jewels, Nivaflex mainspring 28,800BPH (4Hz) with 38-hour power reserve.
The race day experience included with the box set include will take place at the 2022 Singapore and Mexican Grand Prix race weekends respectively. Each box set owner along with a guest can enjoy an immersive Williams Racing Formula 1 experience.
