A stainless-steel 40mm case is modern in sports styling but carries some Japanese influences thanks to the crown position at 4 o’clock. TSUYOSA meaning ‘strength’ in Japanese also represents the Citizen brands heritage too, but everything is subtle enough that it’s more of a nod to Citizen’s legacy.
Sapphire crystal is the scratch-resistant robust option used to frame the dial of the watch and the bubble over the date window is a lovely touch for watch fans.
