Rhodium plated indexes decorate the hands and hour markers which are tipped with SuperLumiNova®; a substance which glows in the dark that indicates the watch is running even in low light conditions, a necessity for a diver’s watch. The Oris Aquis Small Second is built from a stainless steel 45.5mm, multi-piece case with a numbered uni directional ceramic bezel. The case has a screwed down stainless-steel back and a steel screw in crown has been put on this diver’s watch, giving a fantastic 500 meters water resistancy which surpasses the resistancy of that of other Oris Aquis watches at 300 meters.
