The Captain Cook collection is a much-loved category of watches to Rado collectors. The collection named after the British explorer, Cartographer and Navel Officer. Designed for those who aren’t afraid to go on adventures, and those who require a robust time piece to take on their travels.
This new addition is an eye-catching addition to the already iconic collection. Beautifully embossed with seahorse and shell designs on the case back as a subtle nod to Captain Cooks travels as a navy officer particularly his voyages between 1768 and 1779 in the Pacific Ocean and to New Zealand and Australia.
With impeccable detail, with the main feature of this watch is the gradient turquoise dial. Surrounding the dial is a black bezel with ceramic inlay and sapphire crystal class, both highly scratch resistant.
Fitted with the ‘rice-grain’ bracelet in 316L surgical grade steel the same as the case, this bracelet has a vintage vibe to add to overall vintage aesthetic of the captain cook.
Powered by an automatic movement with an impressive 80-hour power reserve, nothing can stop you on your daily adventures. A handy 300 metres water resistance means you can wear carefree in and out of the water.
