A limited edition of just 400 pieces worldwide, the Freelancer Men’s ‘Pilot Flyback Chronograph’ (7783-TIC-05520) is Raymond Weil’s latest show stopping design of the ‘Freelancer’ collection this time with an aviation twist.

The 42mm case head is stealthy in looks thanks to a grey PVD fully brushed finish of the stainless steel. Playing with these muted tones of the steel is a khaki green dial that is accentuated by white and yellow portions, we particularly love the tarmac-esque finish of the outer ring on the dial. Finishing the case design wonderfully is the crystal case back to view the inner beauty of this timepiece too.
Inside the timepiece is the RW5530, a flyback chronograph movement that allows a simultaneous reset and restart of the chronograph with a single pusher. The W-shaped oscillating weight and blued column wheel are visible through the “propeller” engraved sapphire case back. With a power reserve of approx. 56 hours this movement is competing well in the chronograph market against some big competitors.
Fitted to the watch is a brown calf leather strap that pairs well with grey and green tones. Equipped with a double push-security folding clasp, the strap is both secure on the wrist and convenient for adjustments without constantly punching through the leather.
