A perfect gift for any occasion to ensure your nearest and dearest can purchase that dream piece of jewellery or a beautiful watch. The Peter Jackson the Jeweller gift card can be used in our in Preston and Blackburn stores along with the addition of our Thomas Sabo boutique also in the city centre of Preston.

Each gift card issued has 1 full year to be used in store and can be used to purchase all of our fabulous products along with our extensive bespoke and repairs services.

All gift cards come with the added addition of free shipping regardless of price, presented in a presentation wallet and gift envelope.

A selection of values is available to choose from in our drop-down box, but if you would like a specific amount this can be arranged by calling our customer service team on 01772 566380 or via the LiveChat service.

The purchase of gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or promotions.

    Delivery Details

    We will try to dispatch your order the same day, and an e-mail will be sent to confirm. We aim to have your order with you in 3-5 working days.

    Free UK Shipping
    We offer free postage on all UK orders. Orders under £200.00 will be dispatched using Royal Mail 48 hour service. Items between £200.00 and £500.00 will be dispatched using Royal Mail 24 hour service. Orders over £500.00 will then be dispatched Royal Mail special delivery or DPD next day service.

    Express Delivery
    If you need your item in a hurry, you can select express delivery at the checkout for next working day delivery for £6 or free for orders over £500. Just place your order before 2pm.

    Free collection from any of our stores
    If you would prefer, you can choose to collect your order from one of our stores. You must bring photo ID with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with proof of address. We will let you know by e-mail when the order is ready to collect.

    Returns Information

    We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you need to return your item, our refund and exchange policy is below. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. During December this period will be extended to 30 days to take Christmas into account.

    Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed, all refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment.

    All items for return or exchange must have a valid authorisation number issued by Peter Jackson the Jeweller. In order to obtain an authorisation number, please email us at orders@peterjackson.co.uk, or alternatively call us on 01772 566380. Once you have received your authorisation, please follow the instructions issued to you. Items without an authorisation will be returned to the sender.
